Whether you are 7 years old or 70, there is no time like the present to get moving. Exercising is beneficial to all bodies at any age or fitness level. The trick is to find out what works for you and make a habit out of it. All you need to do is find out what works for you, try several activities until you find one or several that you enjoy
. If finding an activity that gets you moving is hard to come by, hire or personal trainer for a few sessions to explore your options, or talk with those you know are active and see if you can join them with their activity to see if you may also enjoy it. The trick is to start small and stick with it, whatever it may be. The options are endless. You will be amazed at how good you will feel in no time.
